Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● New product development, research, market analysis, testing, and trials.
● Assist in new idea generation and its development.
● Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain proper documentation.
● Perform forecasting analysis for crop sectors and agricultural products.
● Develop and implement standard R&D SOPs for various test methods.
● Handle procurement and vendor management for R&D materials efficiently.
● Conduct field visits for new product testing and farmer interactions to gather feedback and
insights.

Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
● Familiarity with sustainable urban agriculture practices and a passion for promoting green
and eco-friendly initiatives.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in RnD or Product Development
● Core knowledge of Research Analytics

PREFERRED SKILLS
● Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong command of communicative English.
● Hands-on experience in laboratory and R&D analytical testing.
● Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
● Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
